Are you tired of starting and stopping your fitness journey, never quite able to achieve the results you desire? Do you struggle with consistency and motivation? If so, my 10 Week Consistency Challenge is here to help!


This 10 week challenge is designed specifically for women who want to make a change! Whether that's on the scale, to your mindset and mental health or just start something and feel supported and consistent.


My team and I will create you a personalized workout and meal plan and you'll have access to other helpful resources to keep you on track.Throughout the 10 weeks, you'll be in community of like-minded women who are all working towards their own fitness goals.

    You can do at home workouts or gym workouts. Just choose which option works best for you in the set up form.

  • CAN I ACCESS THIS PROGRAM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?

    Absolutely! I can train you wherever you are in the world and create personalized workouts and customer meal plans for you every month.

  • IS THIS PROGRAM GOOD FOR BEGINNERS?

    The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. If you’re new to working out or getting back into it, your program will be designed to help you where you’re starting.

  • DOES EVERY WEEK HAVE THE SAME EXERCISES AND MEALS?

    No, each week is different. I’ll make changes and increase your weights, switch up your exercises and update your meals. My program is all about progress and maintenance.

  • HOW DO I ACCESS THE PROGRAM?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, and I will start putting together your personalised program!

  • IS THIS A SUBSCRIPTION BASED PROGRAM?

    No, my challenge is a 10 week only program.

    I do have weekly and 3 monthly membership options which you can access anytime but for challenges its a one time commitment.
