I’ll make a custom meal plan for you based on your dietary preferences, taking out any foods you’re allergic to or don’t like eating. Based on your progress while I training you, I’ll make caloric and macro adjustments as necessary. Choose from a range of diets including General, Vegetarian, Vegan, Ketogenic and Low Carb!

  • Can I do the workouts at home or do I need a gym?

    You can do at home workouts or gym workouts. Just choose which option works best for you in the set up form.

  • Can I access this program anywhere in the world?

    Absolutely! I can train you wherever you are in the world and create personalized workouts and customer meal plans for you every month.

  • Is this a good program for beginners?

    The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. If you’re new to working out or getting back into it, your program will be designed to help you where you’re starting.

  • Does every week have the same exercises and meals?

    No, each week is different. I’ll make changes and increase your weights, switch up your exercises and update your meals. My program is all about progress and maintenance.

  • How do I access the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, and I will start putting together your personalised program!

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, I only train women through a subscription program with two options: a monthly based program or a 3 month program. This ensures you’re able to reach your health and fitness goals and maintain them over time. There is no contract and you can cancel your plan at anytime. 

  • What’s your refund policy?

    To view my policy on refunds please see my terms and conditions

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    To cancel your subscription, email me with 7 days notice to ensure you don’t get charged for the next month. Please note that when you cancel your subscription, all workouts, plans, support and guides will be removed from your account.
